SULO-Talbot appoints new General Manager

SULO-Talbot, New Zealand’s only local wheelie bin manufacturer is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Lawson to the position of General Manager.

Mark has extensive management experience and holds qualifications in engineering and management, including a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in mechanical engineering and an MBA with a major in technology management.

Mark has held several key senior management roles with large operational and manufacturing organisations including Robinson Industries, Carter Holt Harvey, Design Mobel and Fletcher Building. He has also worked with Ford Motor Company and Fisher & Paykel Appliances in project and plant engineering roles.

Mark is excited to be working with a manufacturing company who utilise some of the largest injection moulding machines in New Zealand. “I feel I can make a significant contribution to the organisation and aim to further build SULO-Talbot’s organisational capability. I hope to maximise the companies potential to provide both waste products and contract moulding customers with a quality, locally manufactured service that can be tailored to their specific needs”, says Mark of his key goals for the plastic moulding company.
